Shipping & Returns

 As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 10 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within Ten business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@havensnew.com

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@havensnew.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellation & Refunds:

All cancellation orders will be charged a processing fee depending on the product price. Cancellations must be submitted 24 hours after the order being placed. If a cancellation is requested after 24 hours of order placement, we cannot guarantee cancellation and will need to confirm cancellation with the manufacturer. If you purchased an item that is subject to restocking fees and the order has already been confirmed by the manufacturer or has been shipped, restocking fees will apply. A refund will be processed once the order has been confirmed as canceled by the manufacturer.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for repackaging and return transportation.

In the event a customer wants to cancel due to extended lead times after the order was placed, we cannot guarantee cancellation and will need to confirm cancellation with the manufacturer. If you purchased an item that is subject to restocking fees and the order has already been confirmed by the manufacturer or has been shipped, restocking fees will apply. A refund will be processed once the order has been confirmed as cancelled by the manufacturer.

Sauna Shipping and Return Policy

Some brands may have different shipping and returning policy.

Supplier: Enlighten Sauna

Enlighten Sauna stands behind every product we sell and want you to be 100% satisfied with your experience with us, even in the return shipping process. Before sending any item/product out, every package goes through a quality check to make sure all products leave our warehouse in perfect shape. If you are not satisfied with your Enlighten Sauna purchase, you can return it for replacement or refund. All returns must be authorized by Enlighten Sauna prior to return shipment, simply request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) within 90 days of your invoice. Customers are responsible for all shipping/handling costs in any circumstance. All returns must have a tracking number to show proof of return. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. It can take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days for payment to be credited back to you from Enlighten Sauna.

If you received missing or damaged merchandise please notify Enlighten Sauna within 48 hours of delivery in order for the issue to be resolved. Damaged items need to be kept in original packaging and our shipping department will arrange the damaged product to be picked up. Always save some sort of confirmation (tracking number, PRO number, or any sort of receipt) to obtain a full refund or exchange. If you are not completely satisfied with your new product simply return the merchandise with your invoice and we'll be 100% happy to offer a replacement, exchange, or refund providing the product is in new condition (was not used for sweating even once).

Order Cancelation Policy 

1) Up to 14 days from order entry – you can cancel the order without penalty 2) After 14 days, a $65.00 cancelation fee will apply (item #: ORDCAN) 

3) Within 7 days of the ship date, the order cannot be canceled 

4) For all Canadian Timber Collection products, Dealers will have 24 hours to cancel the order for  the $65.00 cancelation fee (item#: ORDCAN) 

Order Change Policy 

1) Up to 14 days from order entry – you can edit/change the order without penalty 2) After 14 days, a $65.00 edit/change fee would apply (item#: ORDCHA) 

  1. Examples: adding removing products, adding removing options, changing the ship to  address, changing the shipping method, etc. 

3) Within 7 days of the ship date, the order cannot be edited or changed 

4) After the product has shipped, if the Dealer/Customer wants to change the ship to address, a  $250 fee will apply (#ADDCHANGE) 

5) For all Canadian Timber Collection products, Dealers will have 24 hours to change the order for  the $65.00 change fee (item#: ORDCHA). After 24 hours, the order can not be changed.  

Return Policy 

1) Our stated return policy is: We do not accept returns 

  1. It is very expensive to return products back across the border 

2) If a product must be returned to the factory, the following will apply: 

  1. 20% Restocking fee 
  2. Dealer/customer will be responsible for any and all shipping costs to the factory c. Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition 
  3. Leisurecraft will inspect the product upon return and Leisurecraft will be the sole  decider of the condition of the product and the amount of the refund

Customer Refusal to Accept Delivery 

1) If a customer refuses delivery and the Dealer asks Leisurecraft for assistance in selling the  product to another Dealer, the following will apply: 

  1. 15% Restocking charge 
  2. Dealer will be responsible for all shipping and rerouting costs to the new delivery  address 

Please contact your Representative with your order# to make any changes or cancelations. We will do  our best to accommodate your needs and your customers’ needs at all times. Please remember to  double check your order confirmation that is emailed to avoid any issues with the orders after 14 days. 

We appreciate your business and accept the fact that we might also occasionally make a mistake on  your order. Any order change or cancelation fees will not apply in this scenario.

 

Order Changes & Returns Policy For

Steam Showers Shipping and Return Policy

Supplier: Maya Bath

Orders for large or heavy items ship via a trucking carrier. We offer free shipping on all orders. Freight delivery is typically 2 to 6 business days, allow extra time for remote locations. The Freight Carrier or Tucking company will contact you to set up an appointment time before delivering.  Once your product leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with a link to the freight carrier’s website and the tracking number. Tracking numbers take 1 business day to update.

PACKAGE INSPECTION
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If there is obvious damage, please note the damages on the delivery receipt. Contact us within 72 hours to report the damage, by either e-mail or phone. Please retain all original boxes and packaging.

CANCELLATION & RETURNS
We accept returns that are brand new and uninstalled minus all shipping costs and a restocking fee of 15%. The grace period to return a product is 20 calendar days from when the product is delivered to your location. The product must be in its original condition including packaging materials, crates, boxes and all pamphlets.  Customer is responsible for all shipping costs; those charges will be deducted from your refund.  The product should be returned in the same condition including shrink wrap and foam. We will provide a refund minus the shipping costs in the same manner the order was placed. Buyers are responsible to check with their local inspector to make sure these units can be installed in their area and is a buyer responsibility to review the spec sheets prior to their purchase. If you purchased with a credit card, you will be refunded on the same card.
